The RATE includes:

• Use of your private jacuzzi (disinfected and refilled on arrival)

• Complementary use of the gym
• Complementary parking
• All legal taxes EXCEPT Accommodation Tax fee of 3 euros/night, to be paid at the property

Extra bed: 60 euros/night, including breakfast

Minimum stay is 2 nights

Special conditions apply for the following periods:

• Greek Easter Holidays, minimum stay is 4 nights
• Whit Monday, minimum stay is 3 nights
• Minimum stay in August is 7 nights

Check-in / Check out

Check-in: 15:00  – 23:00  (early check-in subject to availability)
Check-out: by 12:00 noon (late check-out subject to availability)

Payment terms

Non refundable rate: 10% discount on the price list is offered for prepayment of the total reservation cost.
Price list rate: 50% of the total stay is required for confirming your reservation. Balance to be paid on departure. Early departure fee 50% of the remaining amount.

Cancellation policy

For the Price List rate, advance payment is fully refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.
