Villa Pietra is a lovely 48 sqm, retreat with a stunning living area, a well equipped kitchenette, dining area with high beamed ceiling, wooden floors, and hidden lighting, a lovely bedroom with a king size bed or two twin beds, and a spacious, modern bathroom.

The living room opens up to a beautiful terrace with spectacular views to the Mediterranean Sea, with an outdoor dining table and a dreamy hammock for magical moments under the sizzling sunrays, or the star-studded skies. Wood and stone prevail in this villa that charms with its style, elegance, and minimalistic luxury.

The above rates apply for 2 guests.

The RATE includes:

Minimum stay is 2 nights

Special conditions apply for the following periods:

• Greek Easter Holidays, minimum stay is 4 nights
• Whit Monday, minimum stay is 3 nights
• For the weekend 26-27/6 minimum stay is 4 nights
• Minimum stay in August is 5 nights

Check-in / Check out

Check-in: 15:00  – 23:00  (early check-in subject to availability)
Check-out: by 12:00 noon (late check-out subject to availability)

Payment terms

Non refundable rate: 10% discount on the price list is offered for prepayment of the total reservation cost.
Price list rate: 50% of the total stay is required for confirming your reservation. Balance to be paid on departure.

Cancellation policy

For the Price List rate, advance payment is fully refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival.
